Start by registering as a host on our platform by filling the necessary information.

Listing Your Property 

Travelsandlounge.com provides you with the unique platform to display your space, house, apartments for hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly rent/leasing.  This is done by registering your property to be listed on our website.

To be a host, it would be an added advantage to have good knowledge of tourist destinations in your location. This is because as a host, you can as well serve as a tourist guide to your visitors. After you must have listed your property on our website, your property will be put up as available to our numerous visitors. When there is a request to rent your property, you will be duly notified by Travelsandlodge.

Rate and Payment 

The rate for renting a property is exclusively at the discretion of the host. Visitors make payments to our platform while same is remitted to the host after a request must have been concluded. However, hosts are to remember that Travelsandlodge will take a 10 percent commission for every space rented.

FOR THE VISITOR 

Visitors are to fill out their information on the website and then go ahead to search for property/space/hotel that appeals to them. When a property of choice is selected, the visitor is free to make a reservation and then proceed to make payments for the rent of the property.
